Can you embroider scrubs we already own?
In most cases, yes. Send us the garment details or a sample and we will confirm the fabric takes embroidery cleanly before we run anything. Customer-supplied garments are embroidered at your risk on the garment, which we will explain up front.
Will embroidery hold up to hospital-grade washing?
Stitched logos are designed for repeated commercial laundering. We choose thread and backing with the wash cycle in mind and confirm placement on your proof.
Can each provider have their own name?
Yes. The practice logo stays identical across the team and names, titles, or credentials run as a second placement on individual garments.
What is your minimum order?
Six pieces on embroidery, and you can mix garment types to reach it — polos, jackets, caps, and quarter-zips all count toward the same order. Printed items have their own minimums depending on the design, which we confirm on your quote.
Can you match our brand colors in thread?
In most cases, yes. We select embroidery thread colors that closely match your brand colors and show them on your proof before anything goes into production.
Do we pay for digitizing every time?
No. Your logo is digitized once into a professional embroidery file and kept on record. Reorders of the same design carry no new digitizing charge.
Can you ship to more than one location?
Yes. If you have multiple offices, remote staff, or team members in different cities, tell us when you request a quote and we will price shipping accordingly.
