- Digitizing once, not every order — your logo is converted into a professional embroidery file for clean, consistent stitching, and once we have created your file it is ready for future reorders
- You will approve a proof before production — a digital proof shows your logo placement and colors before your order goes into production
- Names and titles can be personalized — add employee names, job titles, departments, or other personalization to polos, jackets, work shirts, and uniforms
- We help you choose the right garment — not every polo, hat, or jacket embroiders the same way, and we will help you choose apparel that works with your logo, your workplace, and your budget

Custom embroidery artwork & logo FAQs
We only need a few pieces. Is that worth your time?
Yes. Our published minimum is just six pieces, and you can often mix and match qualifying garments to reach it. Small business orders are welcome, and we are happy to grow with you as your apparel needs grow.
Can you match our brand colors in thread?
In most cases, yes. We select embroidery thread colors that closely match your company’s brand colors and show them on your proof before production.
Do you handle names and titles for individual staff?
Yes. Employee names, titles, departments, and other personalization can be added to individual garments when needed.
Can you ship to more than one location?
Yes. If your company has multiple offices, remote employees, or team members in different locations, talk to us about shipping options when requesting your quote.
What if we already have an embroidery file?
Send it along with your artwork. We will review the file to determine whether it can be used with our equipment and your selected garments, or whether adjustments are needed.
What logo files can I send?
Send us the best-quality version of your logo you have. Vector artwork is ideal, but do not worry if all you have is a PNG, JPG, or other common file. We will review your artwork and let you know what we need to produce a clean embroidered result.
