Custom Work Shirts With Your Company Logo
Put your company logo on work shirts your crew will actually wear. The Piedmont Stitch House provides custom embroidered and printed work shirts for contractors, builders, remodelers, HVAC companies, plumbers, electricians, landscapers, and other trades. From durable jobsite shirts to polos, performance shirts, jackets, and hats, we will help you outfit your crew with professional company apparel that fits the way you work.

Six pieces, or six hundred
The order is sized to your company, not to our machine
Our embroidery minimum is six pieces, mixable across polos, caps, hoodies, and jackets, so a two-truck operation is not forced into a forty-eight-piece run. The other end matters just as much: we are set up to run standing programs for multi-crew contractors and franchises, with sizing by crew, staged deliveries, and reorders that match the first run exactly.
What contractors order
Custom Construction Work Shirts Built for the Job
Construction work shirts need to do more than display a logo. They need to be comfortable enough for a full workday, durable enough for the jobsite, and professional enough to represent your company when your crew is standing in a customer's driveway.
We help contractors choose work shirts based on how they will actually be worn. Outfit field crews in durable or moisture-wicking shirts while giving estimators, project managers, and office staff embroidered polos or button-downs. Your employees do not have to wear identical shirts for your company to look consistent.
Your logo, colors, and placement stay consistent across your apparel so your crew is recognizable whether they are on the jobsite, meeting a homeowner, or stopping for lunch.

How it works
What ordering looks like
- Send your logo — Any file you have — a vector logo, a print from your truck wrap, even a clear photo. We tell you in one business day whether it stitches cleanly at chest size or needs a small rework, before you pay for anything.
- We digitize it once — $24 for a standard logo, $45 for complex artwork, $10 if you already own a usable stitch file. Charged one time, never again on a reorder.
- Approve a proof — You see your mark at actual size on the garment and color you picked. Nothing runs until you say so.
- We produce and deliver — Embroidery ships seven to ten business days after proof approval. Free delivery to area businesses, or shipping anywhere in the country.

Common questions
Custom Company Work Shirt FAQs
Can you put my company logo on work shirts?
Yes. Send us your company logo and we will determine the best decoration method for the garment and artwork. Embroidery works especially well for polos, button-down work shirts, jackets, and other professional apparel, while screen printing or other methods may be better for some T-shirts and larger designs.
I work alone. Do you have a minimum I can actually meet?
Six pieces on embroidery, and you can mix garment types to get there — two polos, a hoodie, two caps, and a jacket is a valid order. Printed shirts have their own minimums depending on the design, which we confirm when we quote.
We run several crews and keep hiring. Can you handle the volume?
Yes. Larger programs are quoted per piece at your quantity, which is lower than the six-piece rate, and we can break an order out by crew or location, stage deliveries, and hold your specifications so a run in November matches a run in March.
Can I add shirts later for a new helper?
Yes. Your stitch file and specifications stay on record, digitizing is not charged again, and a reorder is one message. Single replacement pieces are not a problem.
Will my logo work on a cap?
Usually, with adjustment. Caps have less usable area than a chest and a seam in the middle of it, so fine detail and small taglines often need to be simplified. We tell you that before you order, not after.
Do you put names on work shirts?
Yes. The company mark stays identical across the crew and names run as a second placement.
What about safety colors?
High-visibility garments are available, and we confirm the exact style and color on the quote. We do not certify garments to a safety standard; if your job requires a rated class, send us the specification and we will source to it or tell you we cannot.
Do you work outside the Triad?
We ship nationwide. Proofs, artwork, and approvals all happen by email, so distance changes nothing except the shipping line.
