Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you give us, in plain language. Last updated September 14, 2026.

Who we are

The Piedmont Stitch House is a custom embroidery and apparel decorating shop operating as a trade name of Action Graphix, LLC in North Carolina. You can reach us at hello@piedmontstitchhouse.com or (336) 203-7339.

This policy explains what we collect when you use piedmontstitchhouse.com or ask us for a quote, why we collect it, who else can see it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What you give us

When you request a quote or contact us. Your name, business or organization, email address, phone number, and the details of the job you are asking about, including any artwork or photographs you upload. If you tick the text-message box, we record that consent and the date you gave it.

When you sign up for our email list. Your email address, and nothing else.

When you place an order. The order details, delivery or shipping address, and our record of what we made for you. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store your full card number.

What we collect automatically

Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you look at, and the site or advert you arrived from. This comes from our web host's logs and from the analytics and advertising tools below.

Cookies, pixels, and advertising

We advertise on Facebook, Instagram, and Google, and we use their tracking tools to see which adverts actually produce quote requests. Specifically, the site uses the Meta pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) and the Google Ads conversion and remarketing tag (Google LLC), and Google Analytics 4, which shows us which pages people actually read and where they give up. These set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser and tell Meta and Google that a visit or a form submission happened. They may be used to show you our adverts again on their platforms.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not let these companies use what they collect on our site to sell you anything other than our own work.

You can limit this. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies, and many support the Global Privacy Control signal, which we honour where we can. You can also change what you are shown directly at Google My Ad Center and in your Meta ad preferences. Blocking cookies will not stop you from getting a quote from us.

How we use what we collect

To quote your job and answer your questions. To digitize your artwork, produce your order, and deliver or ship it. To keep your stitch file and order record on hand so a reorder of the same mark does not have to be set up and charged again. To send the emails you asked for. To understand which adverts are worth the money. To keep our own records for tax and accounting.

We do not use automated decision-making, and we do not build profiles about you beyond what is needed to quote and deliver your work.

Who else can see it

We are a small shop and we keep this list short. Your information is handled by: HighLevel (LeadConnector), which runs our quote form and customer records; Hostinger, which hosts this website; Meta and Google, as described above; our email and text messaging providers; our payment processor; and, where a job requires it, the garment supplier or decorating partner who has to see the shipping details to get your pieces to you.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. We will disclose it if the law requires it, and we will tell you if that happens unless we are forbidden to.

Text messages

If you consent to text messages, we use them to discuss your quote, send proofs, and tell you when your order is ready. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them and HELP for help.

Your text-message consent and phone number are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Email

Our email list is for ordering deadlines, garments worth knowing about, and the occasional shop update, a few times a year. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately. Order and proof emails about a job you have with us are not marketing, and you will keep getting those while the job is open.

How long we keep it

Quote requests we never hear back on: two years. Customer and order records, including your digitized stitch file and approved artwork: as long as you are a customer and for seven years after your last order, so we can reproduce a mark you come back for and satisfy tax rules. Email list: until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete your artwork and stitch file sooner, and we will, with the understanding that a future reorder would need setting up again.

Your artwork

When you send us a logo or a design, you are telling us you have the right to have it reproduced. We use it to quote and produce your work, and to keep on file for your reorders. We will not put your logo on a sample, a website page, or a social post without asking you first.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop emailing or texting you. Email hello@piedmontstitchhouse.com and say which one you want. We will answer within 30 days. There is no charge, and asking will not affect the price or the handling of your order. If you are in a state or country with additional privacy rights, we will honour them on request; we do not require you to prove residency to be treated decently.

Security

Your information sits in password-protected accounts with the providers named above, reached over encrypted connections. Nobody can promise perfect security, and we will not. What we can promise is that access is limited to the people who need it to do your job, and that we will tell you promptly if we ever learn that your information has been exposed.

Children

This site is for business ordering and is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. When we decorate apparel for a school or youth team, we deal with the adult placing the order; a roster of names and numbers for a uniform run is used for that run and nothing else.

Changes to this policy

If we start using a new tool that collects something new, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes to how we use information you already gave us will be sent to you by email if you are on our list.
